Lots of people are on the move these days, therefore it is important to
know too, what they might carry with them. That tuner should be fine
then.

Better is to follow the advice how you can narrow down such stuff.

As far I know, we have not destroyed a single device yet on the saa7134
driver, but to go over all possibilities, concerning voltage and gpios,
has some risks and is not the shortest way to come closer.
