Phillips Semiconductors based card not working

Hi all
i have this tv card
(sudo lspci -vnn)
00:0e.0 Multimedia controller [0480]: Philips Semiconductors
SAA7131/SAA7133/SAA7135 Video Broadcast Decoder [1131:7133] (rev d1)
    Subsystem: Philips Semiconductors Device [1131:0000]
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 19
    Memory at fac00000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=2K]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2
    Kernel driver in use: saa7134
    Kernel modules: saa7134

it stopped working after upgrade from hardy to intrepid, i think it has
something to do with the new kernels...
i used to use the options card and tuner but i cant remember which
parameters and i'm tryng different parms with no luck

does anyone got this card working in ubuntu jaunty? if so, wich parameters?

thanks in advance
