[Spca50x-devs] problem with aiptex slim 3000F

Dear Gspca gurus,

I have an Aiptek slim 3000F for which I once wrote the code that I
submitted to Michel Xhaard. The driver gspcav1 he mantains has been
working fine until late kernel versions of Fedora 9.

I switched to Fedora 10 and the camera is recognized by the driver but I
cannot obtain any image from it. Any client I tried complains that
images cannot be grabbed.

May be there is a chance I can help though I don't remember much of what
I did to have this camera work for gspcav1...

My machine:

[root@roamrr ~]# uname -a
Linux roamrr 2.6.27.15-170.2.24.fc10.i686.PAE #1 SMP Wed Feb 11 23:35:37 EST 2009 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

While looking at /var/log/messages I found:

Feb 25 19:21:21 roamrr kernel: usb 1-3.3: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
Feb 25 19:21:21 roamrr kernel: usb 1-3.3: Product: Slim 3000

Feb 25 19:22:07 roamrr kernel: usb 1-3.3: USB disconnect, address 4
Feb 25 19:22:07 roamrr kernel: gspca: disconnect complete

There seems not have space reserved which seems to be beyond the camera
specific code.
