So can you please give things a try in 640x480 mode with the divisor kept at 3
or higher, and no changes to 2a / 13 ?

I'll try as you tell me. 

Also I wanted to tell you that the modification of the register 0x13 was made because in Camorama I've got 30 fps with the register set to 0x80, and got 27 fps with the fps set to 0x00. (light frequency filter set to 60, or off). As I usually use mplayer to test the webcam and didn't notice that until I tried this with camorama

The change to the 0x2a register is set as seen in the Windows driver, I'll try if keeping the divisor at 3 or higher this modification is unnecesary.
