Fails to compile on Mandriva 2008.1:

[root@localhost libv4l-0.2]# make
gcc -fpic -g -Wall -Iinclude -o libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.o -c libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c: In function ‘v4lconvert_create’:
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c:68: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘_IOWR’
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c:68: error: expected expression before ‘struct’
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c: In function ‘v4lconvert_enum_fmt’:
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c:99: error: expected expression before ‘struct’
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c: In function ‘v4lconvert_try_format’:
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c:147: error: expected expression before ‘struct’
libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.c:161: error: expected expression before ‘struct’
make: *** [libv4lconvert/libv4lconvert.o] Error 1

Applying the patch Jef provided for libv4l-0.1 does allow the compilation to complete.

I've not worked out how to use libv4l-0.2 yet - I may wait till gspcav2 requires it.
