Okay, I should use Windows ACLs. But what is the reason for this? Is POSIX ACLs not useable for this?

OK, add these lines to the [global] section:

    # For ACL support on domain member
    vfs objects = acl_xattr
    map acl inherit = Yes
    store dos attributes = Yes

Restart Samba and then go and read this wiki page:
