Thanks for your answer.
It is a non-AD domain, but Win10 machines join the domain without problems.
No plan to move to AD shortly, any other idea to fix the problem?

Is this an NT4-style domain or an AD domain ?
If the former, start accelerated plans to upgrade to AD, there have
been reports that the latest Win10 will not even join an NT4-style
If it is the later, you do not use 'logon script' in an AD smb.conf.
