Thanks!!

Finally I've recompiled Samba without --with-static-modules=ALL and seems
to work fine (at least for now).

My compile options are:
./configure --with-ads --with-shared-modules=idmap_ad --enable-selftest
--with-systemd --prefix=/server/samba/data --enable-gnutls

Anyway, I'll give a try to your systemd script.
