[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] codec-cfg: Optimize built-in codecs format.




Lookup strings via index in an array instead of
using direct pointers.
The two main advantages are
1) No data relocations that pointers would otherwise cause
2) Smaller size on 64 bit systems
