Hyperbolic nonsense.

Those rules have only been in effect for about 2 years.

The problem is the underlying basis... those rules were based on an 84
year old law (the Communications Act of 1934).

All this does is make it clear what needs to be done: Congress needs to
get off its collective ass and completely replace the Communications Act
of 1934 with something that addresses the needs for the Internet Age.

Anyone who believes the 'sky is falling' nonsense is just a simple
minded buffoon easily lead by the nose to believe anything the powers
that be want them to believe.
