The changes (less customization) do not help that is for sure. But also
the fact that everyone plus their dogs are bundling Chrome doesn't help
- install anything these days and you end-up with Chrome along with it,
and it makes itself the default browser. Add to that the fact that
Average Joe thinks Google is "just the best" and there you go...
