[Mingw-users] macros for patches (haskell package)

MinGW Users,

System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
CPUs: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N270 @1.60GHz
Deps: HaskellPlatform-2014.2.0.0-i386-setup.exe
(includes MinGW32 w/ gcc-4.5.2)

Patches for hmatrix-0.16.1.5 are located here:

https://github.com/albertoruiz/hmatrix/pull/138/files
Fix windows support #125 #138

http://nurmi-labs.blogspot.com/2015/10/plot.html (see end of post)

...

But after the patching attempting to run in ghci.exe the hmatrix-tests-0.4.1.0
> Numeric.LinearAlgebra.Tests.runTests 20

resulted in failure of the hmatrix-0.16.1.5 package to load, with the output
unknown symbol `_windows_random_r_errno'.

Here, I looked again at the subject, and wonder if anyone has suggestions on appending/modifying the

#if defined

statements in the patches.
