[Mingw-users] Pending new mingwrt and w32api releases

Folks,

Almost two weeks ago, I invited you to test pre-release snapshots of the
proposed version 5.0 releases of these two package sets. Vadim Zeitlin has kindly done so, in conjunction with his builds of wxWidgets, and has
identified one minor issue, (which arises due to an upstream GCC bug; I
have identified a workaround, to be included in the final release).

Since I posted the snapshots, the download statistics, as reported by SF,
have been rather disappointing. I would like to get these two package
sets formally released by the end of February, and I'm interpreting the
general apathy, and absence of feed back, as tacit approval for the code
base, as it currently stands. If you have any concerns about this code,
and its suitability for formal release, you had best act quickly to let
me know.

Regards,
Keith.
