That should likely work; there doesn't appear to be any difference
between gcc-5.3.0 libgomp.spec in my linux and windows-cross builds.

This is a packaging oversight; it needs to be corrected, so thanks for
bringing it to our attention.  I've logged it as issue:

   https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw/bugs/2312/

to which I've attached a copy of the missing libgomp.spec file, and an
update to the package specification to correct the omission.
