I think you're confused there...
$ ls -1 Documentation/devicetree/bindings/soc/bcm/
Doesn't look like SoC/board bindings to me...
$ ls -1 Documentation/devicetree/bindings/arm/bcm/
does fit with your description, except for the directory path...
