+    capacitance to be measured. Possible values are:
+      * 0 = +-VDD/8
+      * 1 = +-VDD/4
+      * 2 = +-VDD * 3/8
+      * 3 = +-VDD/2 (Default)
+	- adi,nexca_en: Invert excitation output A.
