The easiest thing to do will be to disable building the libs/ksysguard/tests subdirectory, and hope it's the only offending item.
Are you only interested in building KDM? If so, you can try to out-comment all add_subdirectory() and macro_optional_add_subdirectory() lines in the CMake file (and libs/CMakeLists.txt) that have nothing to do with KDM. It may be a bit of trial and error, but I've already done similar things to build the plasma-desktop package on OS X for instance.
Wouldn't gdm work for you?
