No, I don't use Kppp for connect to the internet.

My intention is only to port the program to Qt5. But you are correct, maybe only make the software compiles to Qt5 isn't enough.

Do you use kppp?

Because if you don't, I am afraid that given how "hardware dependant" kppp is, doing "it compiles" porting may not be good enough.
