I like KStars on Windows and don't know what they have done to KDE for Windows. Thanks.

The last KDE 4  Windows distribution is 4.10.2, has been release in 2013
and is still available by using the KDEWin installer which is located at
https://download.kde.org/stable/kdewin/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe
