Does kxmleditor or khexedit still exist or can they be compiled with build options?

I have moved to plasma and I'm trying to track down some favorite
missing applications or pieces of applications. Specifically, I'm trying
to locate kxmleditor and kxml_compiler. I can't find either.
I'm also trying to locate khexedit. Same issue, I can't seem to find
it. I don't recall whether is was part of kdeutils or kdelibss and
whether there is an option to generate it currently. Does anybody know
if it's still in the current code?
Same thing with kxmleditor. Anybody know if it, or a replacement
exists in the current code?
Lastly, I'm also trying to find a way to 'preview' code from dolphin
with source highlight. I constantly used to use the "Embedded Advanced
Text Editor" katepart preview to preview C, html, php files with the
syntax highlighting. Currently I can only find an okular preview and I
cannot find a way to enable source highlighting. Is there a way to
build/install the "Embedded Advanced Text Editor" preview or generate it
through a rebuild of katepart? Is there a way to enable source highlight
in okular that I'm missing?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.
