i've just checked stretch manual for mount, it seem to support write to ntfs?

early linux can't write to ntfs

ntfs is supported via "ntfs-3g" driver. There could be some caveats and quirks in terms of compatibility, but at least all basic features like read\write and journal are supported.
For advanced usage like checking\resizing\shrinking it is better (safer) to use Windows native tools, like "diskpart.exe" and "chkdsk.exe".

With kindest regards, Alexander.
