It's always recommended to use UUID instead of /dev/sdxN.
First line I think should be:
/dev/sda1 / ext4 errors=remount-ro 0 1
And the last two:
/dev/sdb1 /hdb1 ext4 defaults 0 2
/dev/sdc1 /hdc1 ext4 defaults 0 2
