The relevant details here are the LTE channels that the router's
radio can tune:

4G: FDD-LTE Cat4 (800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz)
TDD-LTE (2300/2600MHz)
3G: DC-HSPA+/HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS (900/2100MHz)
2G: EDGE/GPRS/GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz)

and how that matches up in Tanzania:

900 1800            3G 2100 Airtel Tanzania; 3G 2100 Tigo; 3G
2100 Vodacom;   4G LTE Smile Tanzania - Vodacom 800Mhz; 4G LTE
Tigo ; 4G LTE Smart Telecom; 4G LTE TTCL ; 4G LTE Zantel in
Zanzibar ;

So, yes, it looks like you can buy a SIM and get LTE with this
router in Tanzania.

There are various places where the radio frequencies won't
match up; hopefully you aren't going to those.
