$ grep -r dec-terminal /usr/share/fonts/*

/usr/share/fonts/X11/75dpi/fonts.dir:term14.pcf.gz -dec-terminal-medium-r-normal--14-140-75-75-c-80-iso8859-1
/usr/share/fonts/X11/75dpi/fonts.dir:termB14.pcf.gz -dec-terminal-bold-r-normal--14-140-75-75-c-80-iso8859-1

So, tech14.pcf.gz etc. are the fonts you're looking for.
