Yes, I definitely do have Uverse, not DSL. I had DSL from 2003 until 2014, or so, when it got too expensive and then switched to Uverse. In fact one of the AT&T repair men told me that I probably wouldn't be able to get DSL back, even if I wanted to. According to him they were planning to phase out DSL service.
